What's new at Spring Valley!

AB1500AL

Spring Valley has developed a lightweight lift axle to fill the empty void between 13,000 and 20,000 pounds. The AB1500AL gives you 15,000 pounds of added capacity with only 1150 pounds of add-on weight (excluding tires and rims). This suspension features a free rotation urethane main pivot bushing that reduces bushing wear and two urethane jam bushings at the axle seat connection. It uses a 5” axle beam that incorporates a common 15” x 4” brake kit used on most steer axles and a hub piloted steer axle hub and brakedrum assembly with a 10 on 11 _” bolt pattern. Like all of Spring Valley’s Air Axles, this suspension come complete with controls, quick release valve and other accessories needed for installation. You also have the option of factory unitized frame structures, built to your frame specs, to simplify installation. More info...

If its not possible to mount to the outside of the frame, its also available in a sleeve mounting that makes it able to fit anywhere you can fit the tire.

Its many features help you increase profits and eliminate costs. It features urethane bushings at all pivot points and a revolutionary air chamber lift design. It comes with a factory untized frame structure, built to your frame width, and with the axle included, it is designed for quick and easy installation. The air chamber lift design makes for easily accessable and affordable replacement parts when needed. It also has controls and the valves needed for installation. More info...
