Self-Steering

Spring Valley steerable lift axles are great for lowering maintence and eliminating costly downtime. With suspension kits that utilze take-off I-beam axles to lightweight steerables, our steerable lift axles can handle capacities from 12,000 to 20,000 pounds. Every Spring Valley Self-Steering Suspension features patented, no torque, free rotation urethane pivot bushing that outlasts 3 times that of rubber bushings.

Light Series Trailer

The Spring Valley Light Duty Trailer Series are perfect for low capacity trailers needing 6,000 – 12,000 pounds per axle. These suspensions are great for applications such as livestock trailers, boat trailers, race car trailers, etc. The Light Duty Series can be ordered as a kit or a single, tandem or tri-axle configuration.

Auxiliary Trailers

Spring Valley Manufacturing has address the issue of trailer pusher axles and have designed the best solutions in the industry. With high lift models from 10,000 – 13,000 pound capacity to total capacities of 25,000 pounds, these axles are what you need for your high profile trailer. Spring Valley will also address low profile trailers and customize to fit your needs.

Primary Trailers

Spring Valley is glad to introduce the lightest and simplest trailer suspensions in the industry. The STA/STU Trailer Series has capacities from 12,000 to 25,000 pounds and amoung the most versatile in the industry. Featuring a spring beam trail arm design, endless weld axle seat, and only two rotating urethane bushings per suspension, these suspensions eliminate maintenance and improve profits. Its non captured axle also makes spring conversions affordable by using your take-off axle beams.

Controls

Spring Valley Air Controls are standard on all of our lift axle suspensions. They are simple, built to last and come ready to install. All of Spring Valley’s controls features a vaccuum molded casing which is tough and durable and features presslock air fittings that make installation quick and easy. We have controls for air lifted suspensions and spring lifted suspensions, we also have an electrical outside control that has autolift capability. Spring Valley Air Controls are the answer when you are having problems.
